hi there, well done to everyone who is trying to quit fags, i smoked 50? yes 50 fags per day, i have used the nasal spray like in this documentary, it is the hardest thing you will ever do, but you can only gain, my reading was 32 on the carbon dioxide machine, now it is 1.0 that of a non smoker, 10 weeks on and going really strong, i wish i could help people quit fag,s but i am your average Joe blogs off the street so no one will listen to me ,i wish you all the luck in the world. bob.
every time someone says something to me about smoking it makes me want to smoke more. It is mybusness if I want to smoke or not and no one else. Nosey people are bad for your health.
