70 minutes of psychological b.s. that everyone already knows.
Heroin and crack addicts will murder you for money for their drugs. Cig smokers won’t. Crack and Heroine is much more addictive. How dare the man say to pity smokers because we envy non-smokers! That is NOT true! Britain is trying to brain wash the people over there — don’t fall for it. Organize to get the cig companies to lower their prices so that we can still enjoy being FREE and enjoy our cigarettes!!!

well done keep it up. Dont get tempted when your around smokers, dont have a cigarette thinking its only one cigarette coz it wont be you WILL become a smoker again.

well!! i feel great after watching this! iv tried to quit about 6 times. ive been smoking for four years…i feel pretty good. its been about 13 hours since my last cigerette!

Sounds like that changed mental perception you’ve got now about smoking means you’re gonna make it. The big help for me was they addressed my “fear” that I’d be hanging out for a cigarette forever after. Not true! I just shrug my shoulders and laugh every time I get that “urge”. It’s a joke.

Me too, I also tried 20+ times, almost fighting with anyone the first day. I found this by chance, but I must recognize that it was very effective and never thought it could be this easy/unpainful. I really feel physically and psicologically much better.

I also failed in Day 3 (1 cigarrette cause of beer…). I’m now in my new day 4 (would have been 3+4=7), and I feel incredibly well now. However, it’s funny how you instantly realise how silly one looks with the cigarrette in the mouth. The moments I want to smoke (not many now) I watch anti smoking ads and specially the 5 min advice of Allen Carr. Wish you all Luck! And drop this addiction.

Hey thats great! Day 3 is where I failed… :/ so be careful!

I will try again, for sure. Found a little leftover Chantix as well, for a little extra help… This is far too important. The worst is when my 4 yr old has that disappointed look because I told her I quit, then I didnt… :[

I’m now day 2 success at stopping after 23 yrs smoking. I’ve tried to give up 20+ times, never lasting more than a day. You gotta watch all the video parts again in one go. No distractions! It works. But you need it to “click” in your mind…

- Notice that you smoke more when you have less autocontrol, and that is when you drink licour or when your brain is tired because it didn’t rest enough -> sleep at least your 8 hours. Also, your brain will restore itself more rapidly from the negative effects of nicotine.
- The best way to have the nicotine out of your body is by drinking tons of water, the same way you do when you have a virus. You’re killing the monster, so be happy and enjoy that you are a non smoker again.

Two more things one should do when quiting smoking, make sure you sleep a lot and drink at least a couple of litres of water a day.

I just lit my last cigarette… As I have vowed to myself it IS my last…
