I am almost 7 months pregnant, and I have tried many times to stop smoking. I am attempting once more. I get alot of pressure from my fiancee who also smokes. Also, he seems unwilling to even try to support me through this. My “friends” still light up right in fromt of me, to the fact where I have to leave the room just to not be around the smoke. Isit even possible to quit with all this going on? Any suggestions?

I’ve been smoking for years, and years now. I am trying to stop but, it seems like the more i say that, the more i smoke. I work all day, and handle my business properly, ( and no i do not smoke at work), but when i get home i always need to light one up just to relax from a hard days labor, and from the crazy corrupted world that we live in today. I have quit smoking when the time was always neccessary, but at a time when i really wanna quit, it seems to be that i can’t. Could someone give me some advice.

My parents have been smoking for years. I have asthma and I have a 3 year old little brother. My parents try not to smoke around us and used to smoke out of our chimney in the winter. But now we just moved into a new house, and there is no fireplace so they just smoke in the house. They Can’t afford to use those quit smoking programs and buying cigarettes 3 times a day doesn’t help. They are truly amazing people, but smoking isn’t really making a good influence on others esapecially my brother and I. How can I get them to stop smoking?
