well i did quit while i was pregnant but i started when my son was a few months old and the other 2 times i started up was after my parents died.
when i honestly want to quit it does get a bit easier each time, but its certainly not just *snap* im done.

i quit smoking a few years ago and i felt so much better, but it was way too easy to start again.

My mother told me that it was harder for her to quit smoking that to quit drinking. She quit cold turkey before all these fancy patches and things were available. She was mean for a while.
